History was made this day as the Lidgerwood School Board voted 4 to 1 in a last minute deadline meeting at 9 am to go ahead with an emergency Co-op with Wyndmere in applying to the North Dakota High School Activites Association for a combined Boys Basketball program. The application being sent in has the city name of Wyndmere-Lidgerwood and the host school is listed as Wyndmere. The Junior High Sports Co-op program had already been approved by both schoolboards as well as the Girls Volleyball program. Members of this board are: President Darwin Heley, Betty Wettstein, Paula Frank, Jill Baldwin, and Stan Smykowski.
